I have been in the customer service industry for over 25 yrs. I started out as a telemarketer doing cold calls for a windows company in the early 90's. It was a challenging but rewarding job. I gained invaluable experiences there that helped me grow my career and pass that knowledge on to others. I have managed call centers, been a scheduling manager for an 80+ sales team, customer service trainer and in charge of hiring & recruitment for top customer service personnel.
I enjoy talking and relating to people, so this has never been just a job for me. I pride myself on my attention to detail, follow ups & my openness to continue to learn from others (especially those in other fields). I will look forward to all the fine relationships I will gain moving forward.
